Strong east winds dominated once again. Key West and the middle Keys received a new influx of birds late last night. Rain moved in and birds seem to drop down out of radar range, then they reappear but split into two seperate groups. One group headed north with a constant jog to the west, the other group continued north along the keys and then the radar cut out. The birds were still flying well into the morning and appear that they made landfall along the middle keys all the way to the upper keys. More birds were on the move north elsewhere in the state. Good birding to everyone, enjoy the spring migration.
