Some Migration Out Of Florida

This is the radar from 5:00pm last night to 9:00am this morning.

Not much going on but there was an exodus of migrants out of Florida over the night. Key West radar did see some birds leaving the islands but some more birds were arriving overnight. Miami radar showed some pulses booking it NW but little to nothing new came in after that. Songbird migration is slowing way down and soon we will be only looking for shorebirds.

Our hearts go out to all those affected by the Joplin tornado, you will be in our thoughts.
