Migration seems to have slowed down last night thanks to the approaching front from the NW. The front brought along little rain and a wind shift which birds did not favor for take off. Surface and upper level winds over the Gulf and Caribbean waters were unfavorable throughout the night. Small pulses were detectable leaving Cuba, but nothing spectacular. Densest migration was seen over Jacksonville again as birds migrated NE. Hopefully the upcoming shortwave will bring on better winds and some thunderstorms at the end of the week.

Your feedback is appreciated so please post your sightings.
